Students organize their creative work and practice presenting ideas with clarity and confidence.
The Cow Student Support Program is designed to equip high school students, ages 16-20, with the mentorship, skills, and tools needed to be successful in education, work, and life.
The program also offers sports activities and monthly outings that broaden their scope and potential future.
Students meet with mentors and take part in interactive courses such as etiquette, identity, college readiness, career readiness, culinary exposure, and practical life skills.
Students build character, personal presentation, identity, etiquette, goal-setting, and decision-making skills.
Trusted adults support students through compatible mentor matches, consistent coaching, and job performance guidance.
Students explore digital and print media, culinary arts, first responder fields, copier technology, digital design, and Adobe training.
Programming includes financial literacy, resume preparation, certifications, internships, and local employment preparation.
In partnership with community schools, local employers, technical trainers, and civic organizations, students participate in vocational training, receiving exposure to food service, workplace technology, digital design, and creative production. The same career exploration model also exposes students to service fields and local employment opportunities upon completion.
Design presentations give students a chance to share finished work, practice professional communication, and see how technical skills can become career pathways.

Completed projects help students see the value of consistency, technical practice, and personal expression.

Mentorship, hands-on workshops, and career exploration experiences give students room to imagine what comes next.
Recreational retreats, spiritual retreats, community and family, road trips, youth events, career preparation, vocational training, certifications, internship opportunities, and job opportunities all support the program.
